1. RMA & Returns

Dear consumer, please understand that we have some logic there must match before you return anything. 

  1. Open a support ticket, and describe you problem. Our support will take care of your problem.
  2. If you return anything it must be a complete unit. (CTSmall including, antenna and power supply).
  3. It is your responsibility that the package arrives in good condition at our location.
  4. All return must be accepted by our support before we accept it.
  5. You pay the return cost to our location.
  6. You pay the time we use on your product and the return cost to your location, if:
    1. The product is out of warranty.
    2.  Our technician find no error on the product.
    3.  You don't have the originally invoice.
    4.  You don't have an RMA number.
  7. In case the product have been used wrong, or void is broken, there are no warranty, and we will bill you according to the above.
  8. Remember to inform your contact information, and return address!
  9. When the package are received, we will update the support ticket. 
  10. From the ticket is closes and until you pay, you have maximum 20 days. We only store your shipment for these 20 days, after that it is lost.
  11. Guide for RMA and or service payment!
